2014 half year art summary

Start from January until now (and then no progress at all HAHA....HA.. ha.)

Too bad, this year is not a productive year (I've been struggling with the artblock and  procrastinating a LOT)

Well, here we go.


January

I suck at proportions so at the beginning of the year I started to draw with references (I have never used much references.. so if you look closely, you'll find that most of my drawings look all the same; same pose, same hairstyles, same clothes lmao)

The very first digital art of the year. I was figuring out how to do painting style, I don't think I succeed on this >_>

February

I was given a task to draw some illustration for a certain book publisher I was internship there. And yes they liked it and they used my illustration for their book's cover. I am so proud! Probably the best achievement of my life (and yes for the first time in my life I got payment from drawing something)

Still remember this 'feelings' meme? HAHA
Based on Killers movie. Holy shit you should watch it, the movie is sick but terrific !



March

Another task given at work. To tell the workers to always smile due to the deadline pressure lol

Yet another doodle on leisure hours. It seems like an error on her shoulder tho. Gomen orz

THE RAID 2 GALOOORE!! Asdfghjkl I couldn't stop sketching him. Baseball Bat Man is such a cu-die pa-too-die. Another movie highly recommended to watch! So much violences, great actions, great actors/actress, and hot local men asdfghsjk♥♥



May

My phone's wide screen makes it easier to draw on it. I used LINE brush and fingers since my phone has no stylus orz
My fingers were cramping at that time but worthed it orzzz

No comment. At least I tried ;_; I was forced by myself..............

I was so desperately wanna adopt some cats ;_; But both of my parents said no. But now it's a yes. YESSHH.

Another Melancholy Day

Today I got nothing to do, so I decided to go for a walk and ended up at a certain starbucks café in town, ordered a hazelnut-something-too-damn-sweet coffee and trying to type some words to put on my blog.  

Sebelum nyasar ke Starbucks, sempet main ke rumah nyoro karena dia bilang dia punya peliharaan kucing Persia baru dapet dari kenalannya. And she said she would like to give me the kitten later for free huehue :">
Too bad, di rumah gak boleh melihara binatang yang berkeliaran di sekitar rumah. Alasannya sih karena nanti taik nya berantakan. Tauk deh. Tapi, sepertinya kalau dikasih kucing Persia gratis emak saya juga gak bakal nolak sih.

Well, karena nyoro punya urusan lain dan saya masih bingung mau pergi kemana dan males balik ke rumah, akhirnya nyoba pergi ke Lotte Avenue Shopping Mall di daerah sebelah Kuningan, gak tau tepatnya sih nama daerahnya apa.

This mall is sooo damn huge and full of luxurios shopping retails. It’s a nice place, anyway. But bad for my wallet. I mean, you have to be rich to shop here and here I spent almost 50k just to order a cup coffee and for a nice view (ok, it's nice. I'm being honest. Watching hot guy drinking coffee across your table aww man!), and this kind of atmosphere really forced me to do some update on this dull blog.

Anyway, my battery ran out, it's already about 15% which means sooner or later this laptop is gonna die automatically in about 14 minutes jadi sepertinya gak bisa nulis panjang lebar.
Oh, and, I got accepted in KK and I hope my blog will be more update dan isinya gak sebatas curcolan gak jelas. Yah, semoga…… Anyway have a nice day! 

P.S 
Haduh Starbucks itu enak banget ya buat nongkrong and it’s very relaxing than home to get some inspiration. Tapi sayangnya ga bisa sering-sering kesini, MAHAAALLL :((

Happy New Year!

Semoga tahun ini menjadi tahun yang menyenangkan untuk kita semua, terutama saya, yang habis berduka karena kehilangan hape kesayangan.

Kronologisnya gini..................................

..........ya pokoknya gitu deh. Luka lama itu paling males deh kalo diceritain kembali. Ya, nggak?

Padahal masih awal tahun, tapi udah dikasih cobaan berat. Samsung Galaxy Grand yang baru 2,5 bulan dibeli, raib di kereta jurusan Parung Panjang-Tanah Abang hari Rabu tanggal 8 Januari kemarin.

Tapi duka karena kehilangan hape kesayangan ternyata tidak berlangsung lama. Hari Rabu dimana hape saya ilang itu bertepatan dengan wawancara perekrutan volunter KompasMuDA (buat yang belum tau apa itu KompasMuDA bisa cek di websitenya http://www.kompasmuda.com/). Well, I can say the interview went very well. I met with other students from different schools and we made friend as well. 

Dan penantian kami pun berakhir di hari Jum'at, pengumuman final untuk keanggotaan KompasMuDA batch V yang baru! And what makes me happy is the fact that I got accepted there, hurrrrryeah :)

This gave me a lesson that, when something you love the most is gone, God will replaces them with something even better :)

Well, seems like it means that I have to work harder to get a new phone. And I believe this year will be a new beginning for me as a new volunteer in KompasMuDA! Wish me a hard luck :D
